Summer and Fall: Su25 HSCD 660I-18 Developing Specialized Co-Occurring Programming for Emerging Adults
With more than 3 years of experience in clinical therapy and 15 years in higher education advocacy, community psychology, and social impact work, I bring a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to mental health care, and as a community faculty member. My background includes individual and couples therapy, substance use recovery, group facilitation, teaching, and community-based initiatives.
As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and long-time wellness advocate, I’m passionate about creating spaces—both in therapy/academics, and in fitness—where people can feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether in the classroom or the therapy room, my goal is to help people reclaim their health and find meaning in their healing journey.
