IDST 697 Integrative Seminar
This graduate-level seminar serves as the final reflective experience for students in the Individualized and Interdisciplinary Master¿s Program. The seminar provides a structured space for students to reflect critically on their interdisciplinary academic journey, synthesize learning across disciplines, and articulate the impact of their graduate studies on their personal, academic, and professional trajectories.
Students will produce a reflective portfolio that includes selected artifacts from their coursework, a written synthesis of their interdisciplinary learning, and a final presentation that demonstrates how their educational plan supported their goals. The course emphasizes integrative thinking and effective communication to prepare students for their next steps¿whether in further academic study, professional advancement, or public engagement.
This course is taken during the last semester of coursework.
