Fall Leadership Stay Day Retreat

Student Life and Leadership Development will be hosting the Fall Leadership Stay Day Retreat on Saturday, October 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. We invite Metro State Students to come and join in discovering their hidden superpowers. Our theme, Navigating with Invisible Strengths, will honor the quiet forces like empathy, resilience, and lived experience that truly drive us.

We encourage attendees to wear their favorite superhero costumes or shirts to this leadership retreat!

Tentative Agenda:

• 9:30–10 a.m. | Check in and registration (Superhero badge/name tags)
• 10–11 a.m. | Welcome and keynotes
• 11 a.m.–12 p.m. | Break out session 1
• 12–1 p.m. | Lunch
• 1–2 p.m. | Break out session 2
• 2–2:30 p.m. | Reflections and student networking
• 2:30–3 p.m. | Closing and evaluations
