Open to Metro State faculty and staff. This training is designed for our faculty and staff who want to dive deeper into the process for resolving concerns and complaints under 1B.1 and 1B.3, formal investigation and informal resolution processes, and learn how to support students and colleagues through those processes. We will talk through the formal investigation and informal resolution processes, confidentiality and data privacy as part of those processes, the role of advisors, and reporting obligations. Participants will also discuss how to support pregnant and parenting students and the importance of that support.
