Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremonies

The Spring 2026 Commencement will be held in person at Roy Wilkins Auditorium on Monday, May 4, 2026. This will be a ticketed event. Graduates, however, do not need a ticket to enter into their ceremony.

May 4 Spring Commencement ceremonies:

First ceremony—begins 11 a.m., doors open at 10:15 a.m. Participants include the undergraduate and master’s graduates from the following colleges:

• School of Urban Education
• College of Community Studies and Public Affairs
• College of Liberal Arts
• College of Sciences

Second ceremony—begins 2:30 p.m., doors open at 1:45 p.m. Participants include the undergraduate and master’s degree graduates from the following colleges:

• College of Business and Management
• College of Individualized Studies
• College of Nursing and Health Sciences

Please note that Doctoral students will have an on-campus ceremony on Wednesday, May 6—please contact philip.fuehrer@metrostate.edu if you need information on this.
