Biography

Steve Barrett, JD, is a senior community faculty member in the College of Business and Management.

Barrett served recently as interim vice president of Human Resources at Metro State. Prior to joining Metro State University, he served as the chief human resources officer with Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he was responsible for leading all functional areas within the HR office.

Barrett has a BA in political science from the University of St. Thomas, and a MA and JD from Hamline University.
