SPAN 203 Spanish Language Through the Art of Cooking
Spanish Language Through the Art of Cooking is an beginner/intermediate-level Spanish course that immerses students in the language and cultures of Spanish-speaking countries through the culinary arts. Students will enhance their Spanish language skills by engaging in hands-on cooking experiences, learning essential grammar and vocabulary related to food, kitchen tools, ingredients, and cultural traditions. The course will also explore historical and contemporary culinary influences across various Spanish-speaking regions.
