Computer Science MS/Professional Science Masters prerequisite courses

Applicants without a formal degree in computer science must have completed the following coursework with a GPA of at least 3.0 to be eligible for the MSCS or PSM programs:

• MATH 215 Discrete Mathematics
• ICS 140 Computational Thinking with Programming
• ICS 141 Problem Solving with Programming
• ICS 232 Computer Organization and Architecture
• ICS 240 Introduction to Data Structures
• ICS 340 Algorithm Design and Analysis
• ICS 370 Software Design Models or ICS 372 Object-Oriented Design and Implementation

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee admission to the program.
