Student Mentor Summer Program
Now Hiring Student Mentors
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while earning $20/hour this summer? TRIO Upward Bound is hiring student mentors for our summer program!
As a mentor you will:
- Support students during summer learning sessions
- Help them navigate academic challenges
- Build positive relationships and encourage growth
- Participate in required trainings and team activities
Mandatory Meetings and Training
The following sessions are mandatory for applicants interested in pursuing this opportunity:
Wednesday, May 27 | 6–7 p.m. (Virtual)
Tuesday, June 16 | 10 a.m.–2 p.m. (In Person)
Wednesday, June 17 | 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and 5–8 p.m. (In Person)
Thursday, June 18 | 10 a.m.–5 p.m. (In Person—Includes Feed My Starving Children and Summer Kickoff)
June 23–June 25 | 10 a.m.–3 p.m. (Team Building and Preparation)
Summer Session Schedule (mandatory)
June 29–July 23 | Monday–Thursday
8 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
End of Summer Showcase: Thursday, July 23. | 5–8 p.m.
