NURS 409L Nursing Care of Women, Children and Families Lab
            This course builds on previous knowledge and skills in holistic patient care applied to the pediatric and maternal-newborn populations. General
- Apply professional standards, nursing process and principles of evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to nursing care of children, families and women during childbearing.
 - Utilize clinical decision-making as the basis for providing safe, holistic, culturally-sensitive nursing care.
 - Safely perform select nursing procedures and interventions used in the pediatric and maternal-newborn care areas.
 - Apply Modeling/Role Modeling theory to simulated experiences focused on alterations in health and wellness for children, families, and women during childbearing.
