Project Management Office

The focus of the Service and Project Management team encompasses exceptional customer service and customer experience, as well as process efficiency across campus and continual service improvement. The team includes a centralized IET Service Center for all technology support, a Project Management Office (PMO) and a Service Management Office (SMO).
