Major job duties

Maintenance of Production Office:

  • Keep the production office organized, including filing important documents, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Script Library:

  • Ensure the script library is well-organized, cataloging and shelving new scripts, and assisting with the retrieval of materials for students and faculty.

Assistance with Marketing:

  • Support marketing efforts by helping to create promotional materials, distributing flyers, and managing social media posts to promote upcoming productions.

Qualifications and experience

Academic Interest/Background:

  • Preference for students majoring or minoring in theater, or a student with a passion for the performing arts.

Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to maintain a well-organized office, ensuring efficient access to resources.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Comfortable with basic backstage tasks

Marketing Involvement:

  • Experience or interest in contributing to marketing efforts, particularly in promoting theatrical productions.

Literary Engagement:

  • Keen interest in reading and cataloging new material.
