MKTG 650 Purchasing Management

This course examines the activities undertaken by purchasing personnel to achieve the objectives of their organization. The topics covered include value analysis, vendor analysis and certification, negotiations and contracting, logistics and inventory control, and the legal and ethical considerations in professional purchasing.
