DSCI 444 Project Leadership and Execution
This course is designed to master project management in leadership and execution following the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Topics covered include project planning, customer and stakeholder relations, communications, procurement, quality control, and human resource management. Students will enhance their problem-solving skills using project management's technical and human side. Students will use online technology and simulations.

General
- Demonstrate proficiency in academic theories and practical techniques across all areas of project management as defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of key project management processes, including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, sustainability, and stakeholder management.
- Explain the inputs, outputs, and interrelationships of various project management processes, describing how these processes integrate into successful project execution.
- Utilize online simulation tools to apply project management principles in real-world scenarios, fostering the development of practical, technology-driven leadership skills.
