Major job duties
Responsible for greeting clients at reception desk on campus and over Zoom, database entry, copy machine use, filing, and communicating with Center clients to ensure quality service. Provide phone, Zoom, and email based support to students who need to register for and/or schedule tutoring appointments. Communicate effectively with students, tutors, and administrative staff. Both online and in person work.
Qualifications and experience
Understanding and working knowledge of the Center's software packages (Zoom, D2L, Word, Excel). Have the ability to follow and enforce standards and regulations. Must possess organizational and critical thinking skills. Must be punctual and reliable. Must demonstrate effective listening and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to solve problems is preferred.
