- Analyze electronic discovery issues and articulate their potential consequences.
- Analyze the laws and rules that concern electronic discovery and apply them to a fact situation.
- Create a data map for court proceedings involving electronic discovery issues.
- Define key terms and concepts relating to electronic discovery.
- Identify leadership characteristics and can use team building and collaborative skills to accomplish group tasks.
- Understand the relationship between electronic discovery and computer forensics and can integrate theory and practice.
