Learning outcomes
General
- Demonstrate proficiency in academic theories and practical techniques across all areas of project management as defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of key project management processes, including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, sustainability, and stakeholder management.
- Explain the inputs, outputs, and interrelationships of various project management processes, describing how these processes integrate into successful project execution.
- Utilize online simulation tools to apply project management principles in real-world scenarios, fostering the development of practical, technology-driven leadership skills.
