Biography

Loi A. Nguyen is an assistant professor in Human Resource Management at the College of Management. Prior to Metropolitan State University, Nguyen was a senior lecturer in the Business Administration and Management Department at FPT University, Vietnam. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Nottingham, as well as a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and a PhD in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She has worked as a management consultant in Vietnam.

Current research interests: management innovation, inclusion, organizational learning, regional human resource development, and organizational culture.
