Winner of the Changing America Digital Storytelling Prize announced

The Changing America Digital Storytelling Prize winner was announced Friday, Nov. 4 by Prof. Anne Aronson, at the Changing America Closing Reception.

“Owned,” by soon-to-be graduate, Ian Kelley is a creative multi-media reflection on the question: how have the Emancipation Proclamation and the March on Washington affected your life?

The winner was chosen by unanimous agreement among the contest judges, Anne Aronson, Alec Sonsteby, and Kimberly Bohrer. Kelley will be graduating in December and is quite pleased he can add this prize to his portfolio. The Digital Storytelling Prize is sponsored by Metropolitan State University Library and Information Services.
