Policies and Procedures—Nondiscrimination

The following policies and procedures govern the work the Office of Equity and Inclusion does within its role as neutral investigators. As neutral investigators we conduct inquiries and investigations into reports and complaints of protected class‐based discrimination and harassment and sexual violence. Additional allegations may fall under the Metropolitan State University Student Conduct Code Policy 1020 and Minnesota State system Respectful Workplace Policy 1432.
