Grow with Purpose Job Fair
Join us for the Grow with Purpose Job Fair, where employers from a variety of industries will be on campus to share roles, internships, and career insights that align with your goals. This fair is a great opportunity to build connections, explore career pathways, and take meaningful steps toward your professional future.
All proceeds from employer registrations will be directed to the University Foundation, which supports Metro State students through scholarships, emergency funds, program support, and other resources that remove barriers and promote academic success. Employer participation directly strengthens these initiatives and contributes to meaningful community impact.
Registered Employers
A full list of participating employers will be posted as the event approaches. Employers across sectors including business, healthcare, human services, government, technology, and nonprofit work will be represented.
Registration Fee
There are no registration fees for current Metro State students or alumni, however, participation in the event is limited to these groups.
Attending your First In-Person Networking Event?
Start by preparing your elevator pitch. This is a short, confident introduction that shares who you are, what you are studying or pursuing, and what you are looking for. A helpful video for students and new professionals is How to Make an Elevator Pitch, which provides clear and practical tips in just a few minutes.
Next, review your resume. You can use the Career Center’s resume resources, including the How to Write a Résumé guide and Sample Résumés for Students and Alumni. For feedback, attend Résumé Drop-In every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Zoom or schedule an appointment.
Remember, this is your opportunity to make a great first impression, learn about career pathways, and build meaningful connections—no prior experience required! Bring printed copies of your resume, a few thoughtful questions, and your authentic self.
Recommended Attire
Dress in business casual attire that reflects your authentic self. Business casual may include slacks, khakis, dresses, skirts, blouses, collared shirts, sweaters, or similar clothing, and it can also incorporate cultural garments such as saris, hijabs, kente cloth, dashikis, kimonos, or other attire that represents your identity and heritage. Choose clothing that helps you feel confident, comfortable, and prepared to make a strong first impression.
